How To Consign

Our goal is to move inventory in and out, providing an opportunity for buyers and sellers to come together in a retail outlet offering fine consignments at a fraction of the original cost.  Our level of quality home furnishings and thoughtful pricing provides a shopping experience that is unique in the consignment market.  This uniqueness has an impact on the customer decision to buy, and motivates them to purchase NOW because an item may not be here if they wait!

Consignment Terms:  We offer a 90-Day consignment with a 50/50 split.  We use an automatic markdown system which reduces the cost of an item by 10% every 30 days through the end of the contract terms.

We Consign:  Antique, vintage and mid-century modern furniture in very good to excellent condition, lamps with shades, mirrors, wall decor and select home furnishing accessories.  Items must be in “floor ready condition” upon arrival. This means dusted, glass clean, and structurally sound. For upholstered pieces, we only accept items from a smoke free / pet free environment with no stains, or heavy soiling, tears, or fabric pilling.  Please note that pre-approval of an item does not guarantee that item will be accepted when brought in, if they do not meet the criteria listed above.

We Do not ConsignOld style entertainment centers / TV armoires, appliances, sewing machines, mattresses, box springs, overstuffed sofas and chairs.

Three Simple Steps:

  1. The Evaluation Process:  Send us a picture of your item to or bring a picture into the store. We will evaluate your item and give you a preliminary approval to bring the item to the store. Due to insurance regulations, we are not able to provide help when moving items in or out of the store.  Consignors and Customers must provide their own help.  We can help locate an independent mover to assist upon request.

  2. Pricing:  Most consigned items will bring anywhere from 25% to 50% of the original price, depending on many factors.  Any special history or unusual value will also help determine pricing.  We will review style, age, quality, care, fabric, wood tones and structure, along with marketability and brand recognition when considering the final price.

  3. Selling Your Items:  IConi Consignment takes it from here! Your item will be displayed with complimenting pieces.

Payment:  Consignors are paid at the end of the contract period. Checks are available for pick up after the 5th of the month.  We will mail checks to our consignors who live out of state.
